Trip off the Page: Drawing Edition 

Join us for our social reading club with a twist of magik.  

Presented by Reparative Reading in collaboration with SASS. 

Psychedelics are not exclusively for tripping, they are functional too! Whether you’re brand new to magik, or you’re an experienced user, we seek to explore how psychedelics affect our interpretation of literary texts and visual expression.  

This event will urge bibliophiles to ask the questions, how do psychedelics affect our interpretation of literary texts and our interpretation of visual expression? How does visual expression influence our understanding of literary texts?  

We are inviting book lovers to join us for a night of communal reading and magik (provided by SASS). One cup of tea is included with a ticket, and we are offering 2 dosage options for users of all levels.  

We'll start the night with 30 minutes of unbothered reading time — just bring a book and prepare to dive into the pages while enjoying an enchanting cup of magik mushroom tea.  Over the next hour we will offer community engagement, drawing and socializing prompts, with art supplies you can take home with you to continue your reflection.
