Literary Discussions for your Team

Reparative Reading seeks to infuse a strong social responsibility in American companies/workplaces. Moreover, Reparative Reading aims to address professional self-reflection, growth and community empowerment through commitments to active participation, principles of honesty, transparency and self-determination. Our mission of learning is through literature.

Step One

Conduct a 4 session, hour and a half book club including board members and staff members. With the collaboration of internal data, Reparative Reading will select a book with themes targeted to complement the organization’s Team Building / Diversity & Belonging goals.

Step 2

Review and record the organization’s existing team building practices

Step 3

Schedule and host weekly literary discussion of selected book. We provide up to four consecutive weekly sessions. Meeting locations may vary between in-person and on Zoom, depending on your company's needs.

Step 4

Upon completion of the sessions Reparative Reading can offer observation notes on the discussion outcomes and the project's overall impact.
